What we can offer

We help people understand, speak about and work from their deeper values, and to work with the core questions facing humanity.

"This was a deeply moving, inspiring, loving, personally valuable workshop. The learning of it has great potential in individual, organizational and leadership development. It is simple yet powerful. I was amazed at how much was achieved by a small group in two days together. How wonderful if this could happen in organizations and in the world". Peter Shotton, Managing Director and Executive Coach, Amago.

"This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to be open to the essential aspects of being truly human. We were able to speak spiritual truths while being realistic and draw on inspiration while also engaging with the suffering that accompanies spiritual growth. The facilitator has a dignity and openness that enables people to walk with her. It has been a richly rewarding time and many connections have been made. Thank you". Sue Howard – Author "The Spirit at Work Phenomenon"; Management Development Manager WorldVision

What makes the Holistic Development Model more than just another management fad?

Our humanity and our need to have meaningful lives can form an enduring part of our experience of work; it can be taken into account in decision-making, teamwork, development practices and even in re-structuring.  But our humanity is so often compromised at work, and yet being human is not a fad.   It is not something that can be mechanised by the latest self-help or managerial technique. It is not something that can be picked up and dropped as convenient.

The Holistic Development Model helps us bring our humanity into everyday situations at home and at work.

  • The Holistic Development Model makes it easy to talk about and work with what matters to people.
  • Almost everyone engages with it.
  • It offers a framework large enough to be profound and expansive, and yet is focused enough to let you reach practical outcomes.
  • It leads to profound inquiry and discussion, and can lead to immediate action.
