Becoming a Practioner

We want our work to be available in all parts of the world.  So, we’d love it if you would like to become a certified practitioner.

To become a certified practitioner you need to attend:

  • a two day introduction to the Holistic Development Model workshop
  • a one day workshop specific to your area of interest:
  • one to one with the Holistic Development Model
  • with the Holistic Development Model in groups
  • with the Holistic Development Model organisation-wide

After the one day workshop you need to use the model in at least nine different situations / contexts including at least three on yourself, and record and write up each experience as a case study.  During this time we will provide support and mentoring.

At the end of the six months, we will assess the finalised case studies and arrange a professional conversation as a final assessment.

This is just a brief outline so that you are clear what is needed for you to go ahead.  For more information, please contact us.
